    Notes:
Shoreham is the oldest licenced aerodrome in the UK and its art-deco terminal building is a grade II listed building.

On my way around sussex looking at some old airfields I thought I'd drop into Shoreham for a couple of hours. The weather as you can see was great and I managed to get a few good shots in.

I had an email from the pilot of the Slingsby T-67M Firefly Mk2 (G-BNSR), Mike Ellis to say he flew it into Shoreham when I was there taking pictures! Based at Redhill, she certainly is a magnificent looking machine. G-BNSR was 20 years old on the 20th August 2006 and spent most of her life so far with the J/DEFTS at RAF Barkston Heath. Mike and nine other pilots acquired her in April 2006. G-BNSR is available for trial aerobatic lessons through Cubair Flight Training.
